What days and times can we book from you?
You can book any item any time seven days a week, although due to a large number of bookings it should be noted that we may take longer to get back to you at the weekend. Our delivery times are from 6am till 11pm.

When I hire a bouncy castle, is there anything I need to provide?
We supply you with all the equipment you need for your event. You will need to provide a standard 240v mains power supply (a house three pin plug socket). If a power supply isn't available then a generator can be provided at an additional cost.

What is the full process when I book a bouncy castle?
On the day of your booking Zak will arrive to set up your inflatable and will be equipped with a fan, pegs or sand bags (depending on whether the booking is inside or outside) and safety mats. You will then be talked through all key health and safety information regarding your item. Zak will then be back later in the day to safely and correctly take down said equipment.

How does the mascot booking work?
There are two options when booking a costume; You can hire and wear the chosen costume(s) yourself, allowing for you to keep the costume for the day. Or alternatively we can dress up in the costume for you. This will include a meet and greet for the children/guests, in which we will take part in photos, dancing, singing and more! Our appearances last 15 minutes.

How long do I get the equipment for?
The equipment is in your hands for as long as you like throughout the day! We are aware that this will be influenced by various circumstances, such as a hall hire being booked from 12am to 5pm, however if you're booking an event to be held in your garden we can deliver as early as 6am and collect as late as 9pm! Overnight hire is also available for a small fee.
